Step 1: you choose your plan
It all starts with choosing your pass. Every Lounge Secreto pass is valid for 1 year and gives you 10 lounge visits, plus 5 guests. Priority Pass™ is the world's largest independent airport VIP lounge network, with more than 1,900 lounges in over 600 cities, so your access works across a genuinely wide network.
You pick the plan that fits your travel rhythm and move on to registration. No surprises: what you see in the offer is what you get.
Step 2: registration and secure payment
At registration, you provide your details and make the payment. Here is a point that reassures a lot of people: your card details never pass through us.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe, which follows the PCI-DSS standard. Your card data stays inside Stripe's secure environment, not ours.
- You keep your full right to dispute a charge (chargeback). If you ever feel entitled to, you can dispute the payment with your bank or with Stripe in a straightforward way.
- In Brazil, Pix comes with the MED (the Central Bank's Special Refund Mechanism), an extra layer of protection for payments.
In other words, your money is protected by mechanisms you already know and trust in your everyday life.
Step 3: activation
Once payment is done, we move to the activation stage. Access is arranged through our authorised commercial and banking partner, drawing on surplus VIP lounge benefits. It is the same kind of channel banks use when they bundle Priority Pass™, LoungeKey or DragonPass into premium cards.

Step 4: Priority Pass™ itself creates your account
This is the step that clears up the biggest misunderstanding about services like ours. The account and access credentials are created and sent by Priority Pass™ itself to the holder, in the holder's name, after activation.
In plain terms: the membership is born in your name, with your details. It is not someone else's account lent to you. That is why, at the airport, there is no mismatch between the membership holder and your ID or boarding pass. Everything lines up, because everything was created in your name from the start.
And here is the equally important part: we do NOT collect, request or store credentials or logins for existing Priority Pass™ accounts. We never ask for your login. If anyone ever asks you for the login of an existing Priority Pass™ account, be suspicious, because that is not how we operate.
Step 5: you verify your pass
Once you receive your membership, you can check everything yourself. Every holder verifies their own pass at loungesecreto.com.br/verificar, using the pass code. It is your way to confirm, with your own eyes, that everything is in order before you even set foot in the airport.
Step 6: using it over 1 year
From there, just enjoy it. For 1 year, you have 10 visits to the network's VIP lounges, and you can bring up to 5 guests in total over that period. You arrive at the lounge, present your access, and walk in. Simple, in your name, as it should be.

Do I need to give you my Priority Pass™ login?
No. We never ask for, collect or store the login of any existing Priority Pass™ account. Your account is created fresh, in your name, by Priority Pass™ itself after activation.
How long until I get access?
After payment, the pass goes through activation and Priority Pass™ creates and sends your account and credentials in your name. As soon as it is ready, you check everything at loungesecreto.com.br/verificar with your pass code.
Do you keep my card details?
No. Card payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS standard) and the data stays inside its secure environment, never with Lounge Secreto. You keep your full right to dispute a charge, and in Brazil Pix also comes with the Central Bank's MED.
