Where to check Lounge Secreto's reputation (without taking our word for it)

Real reputation is not asked for, it is verified. We gathered the external, independent sources anyone can check about Lounge Secreto.

Don't take our word for it

Every company says it is trustworthy. That proves nothing, and you are right to be skeptical. The right question is not "do they say they are serious?", but "where can I check that on my own?".

This text will not ask for your trust. It will give you the addresses of the external, independent sources, the ones that are not under our control, so you can form your own opinion about Lounge Secreto's reputation. Write them down, open another tab and check each one.

1. The ISO certifications in the official global database

A serious certification is not worth anything as a pretty badge in the website footer. It is worth something when it is registered in a public database that anyone can consult. The international reference is IAF CertSearch, maintained by the International Accreditation Forum, which gathers valid certifications from all over the world.

Lounge Secreto, operated by ALAS TECHNOLOGY LLC, appears there with three certifications:

  • ISO/IEC 27001 (information security): Q7LUQTCU20251113BRAIS1Z1
  • ISO/IEC 27701 (privacy and personal data management): Q7LUQTCU20251113BRAPI15R
  • ISO 37301 (compliance): Q7LUQTCC20251113BRACM1X7

The link to check is this one, and it does not go through us: https://www.iafcertsearch.org/certified-entity/UznIPYSpq3FcLlqXMxNf73Pf

If it were made up, it would not be in that database. It is.

2. The public tax registration in the United States

A real company has a registered legal existence, with a number that the government issues and that serves for everything, from taxes to contracts. In the United States, that number is the EIN (Employer Identification Number).

Lounge Secreto is operated by ALAS TECHNOLOGY LLC, EIN 93-3927200. It is not a trade name with no backing nor an anonymous social media profile. It is an incorporated company, with public tax registration. This means there is a legally responsible party behind the service, and not a shadow.

3. The verification of any pass

Here is perhaps the most direct check of all. Every issued pass can be verified by anyone, at any time, at loungesecreto.com.br/verificar. Each holder checks their own pass by its code.

This matters because a scam does not survive public verification. If every access issued can be checked at an open address, there is no way to sustain a facade. Transparency here is not a speech, it is a page that works.

4. The payment with the right to dispute

Reputation is also measured by what the company lets you do with your money. Payment goes through Stripe (PCI-DSS): your card data never passes through us, it stays in Stripe's secure environment.

And if at any moment you feel you have that right, you can dispute the charge (chargeback) with your bank or with Stripe itself, in a straightforward way. In Brazil, Pix also has the MED (Mecanismo Especial de Devolução do Banco Central), the Central Bank's special refund mechanism, as an additional protection. Whoever sets up a scam runs from the chargeback. Whoever trusts their own product does not.

5. The transparency about how access works

The last source is the consistency of the explanation itself. We do not hide the model: access is intermediated by our authorized commercial and banking partner, drawing on surplus benefits from VIP lounges. The account and credentials are created and sent by Priority Pass™ itself to the holder after activation, in the holder's name.

We do not collect, request or store credentials or logins of existing Priority Pass™ accounts. We never ask for your login. And we always make it clear: we have no official affiliation with the program, Priority Pass™ is a third-party brand. An operation that wants to deceive you tends to be vague about how it works. Ours is written down, point by point.

The invitation

Real reputation is verified in external sources, not in the word of whoever is selling. So do not trust ours: check it. Open IAF CertSearch, verify a pass at loungesecreto.com.br/verificar, look at the company's registration. If everything checks out, trust comes on its own, and it is the only kind that counts.

Frequently asked questions

Is Lounge Secreto trustworthy?

You do not need to take our word for it to answer that. Trustworthiness is checked in independent sources: the ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701 and ISO 37301 certifications in the global IAF CertSearch database, the company's public tax registration in the US (ALAS TECHNOLOGY LLC, EIN 93-3927200) and the verification of any pass at loungesecreto.com.br/verificar.

How do I know the company is real?

Lounge Secreto is operated by ALAS TECHNOLOGY LLC, a company incorporated in the United States with public tax registration (EIN 93-3927200). It is a legal entity with a responsible party, not an anonymous profile. The certifications in its name also appear in IAF CertSearch.

How do I check whether a pass is genuine?

Every pass can be verified publicly at loungesecreto.com.br/verificar using the holder's code. The check is open to anyone and does not depend on trusting us: if the pass exists, the page confirms it.

Priority Pass™ is a registered trademark of its respective owner. Lounge Secreto has no official affiliation with the program; access is intermediated by an authorized commercial and banking partner, drawing on surplus benefits from VIP lounges. The account and credentials are created and sent by Priority Pass™ itself to the holder after activation.
