How to use your Priority Pass™
From the credentials email to the lounge door: four simple steps to enjoy your visits at any airport in the world.
01/Your credentials
Login and password arrive by email
As soon as your Pass activation is complete, the holder receives the Priority Pass™ access credentials by email: the login (username) and the password — the same ones shown in the activation email.

Keep these credentials somewhere safe — you will use them every time you sign in to the app.
02/The official app
Download the Priority Pass app
VIP lounge access happens through the official Priority Pass app, free for iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play).
03/Sign in
Log in to the app
Open the app and sign in with the login and password you received by email. Type the password exactly as it appears in the message — it is case-sensitive.
04/Inside the app
The two menus you will use
Once signed in, everything you need on travel day lives in two places:
Card
This is where your access QR code lives. Show it at the lounge reception to get in.
Membership
Shows your membership details and how many visits you have left.
