Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy explains the refund conditions when purchasing Lounge Secreto, a service for activating access to VIP lounges through Priority Pass™. We make no promise of income or results: the service is limited to activating and managing accesses.

No refund after activation

There is no right to a refund after the Pass has been activated. From the moment the Pass is activated, the purchase is deemed definitively fulfilled, and no refund, in whole or in part, applies. Likewise, Passes or accesses that go unused and expire at the end of the validity period give no right to a refund, restitution, compensation or extension.

How to reach us

If you have any question about the activation, validity or accesses of your plan, simply open a ticket in Support, providing the email used at purchase. Our team will help resolve questions related to the issuance and use of your Pass.

Validity, renewal and upgrade

The plan and Passes are valid for 12 (twelve) months from activation and must be renewed if the period expires or if the accesses are used up. Upgrading to a higher plan is charged at the proportional difference, considering the current activation date and the price of the new plan. Downgrading is not permitted during the term of the plan.

Changes to this Policy

This Guarantee Policy may be updated at any time to reflect changes in the service or in legal requirements. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above, and applies to purchases made as from its publication.

Notes

This policy applies exclusively to the purchase of the Lounge Secreto service, operated by ALAS TECHNOLOGY LLC. Access to VIP lounges is subject to the own terms of the Priority Pass™ program operator and the venues, including any conditions of hours, capacity and availability.
